Guidelines
65 years or older
OR aged 50-64 with age related needs.
Living in own home;
OR with family but on their own during the day, retirement complex;
OR in Pensioner housing Able to move around with minimal assistance and do not require lifting in/out of chairs to transport
Able to interact socially with others
Able to participate in our programmes
Independent with toileting and feeding
