Friendship Centres
The Friendship Centres listed are each open on one day a week, except during school holidays.
Our guests enjoy various crafts, play cards or indoor bowls, enjoy sit dance to music and relax in the friendly companionship.
Morning tea and lunch are served at a minimal weekly cost. Most Friendship Centres are open between 9.30 am and 1.00 pm.
Outings are arranged from time to time.
The Bowling Tournament and the Communicare Olympic Games are held on alternate years, which are events enjoyed by everyone. However, this year for a change, June 2017, Communicare will be holding a Boccia Tournament at the ASB Stadium in Kohimarama… stay tuned for more details coming shortly.
The Rummikub competition is held yearly.
