Janferie Bryce-Chapman

General Manager

Janferié joins us (after 29 years as Executive Officer) from Age Concern, North Shore. She is a recognised leader in Health Promotion and Community Development for older people in New Zealand and overseas – and was awarded the Queen’s Services Medal for “her services to seniors” in the 2019 Queen’s Birthday Honours. Janferié is widely recognised as a leader with the ability to build teams who enjoy their work while delivering strong results. She has an open and honest leadership style that supports team members to be their best at work.

Sharon Tan

Accountant

Sharon, who has been our accounts guru for over 5 years, also has a degree in mechanical engineering and was a champion gymnast in her early years. With two young daughters, Sharon manages to balance a busy schedule of family and work, while still maintaining a calming influence despite a hectic agenda.

Administrator

Selina comes from a not-for-profit background with a healthy dose of administration experience, event and volunteer management, reception and much more.
