Communicare CMA (AK) Inc (‘Communicare’) gives notice of Special General Meeting
Notice is given of a Special General Meeting (‘SGM’) to be held at Communicare’s office at 14 Erson Avenue, Royal Oak, Auckland
on Tuesday 17th February 2026 at 7pm
The purpose of the SGM is to consider the adoption of the draft Constitution that complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
A copy of the draft Constitution is available by email or by hard copy
and can be obtained by emailing [email protected]
or calling Communicare’s office on 09-631-5968

Elected at the AGM the current board brings to the organisation a wide range of skills and experience in the Not for Profit sector. This Governance brings to Communicare, Funding, Marketing, Governance, Technology, Finance and Health and Wellbeing experience.

Chair - Carol Wilson
Carol who has a background as Clinical Psychologist and has been in Public Health Leadership sector over 30 years |
Member - Monika Divis
Monika joined Communicare in 2019,bringing expertise in organisational development, with roles in advisory committees and not for-profit boards. |
Member - Mike Matthews
Mike is currently General Manger at Communicare. He has worked in various roles across New Zealand, the USA, and South-East Asia in a range commercial roles 
Member - Marijanne Boxall
Marijanne started as a Public Health Inspector before switching to accounting. She has been with Communicare for over 20 years and relishes her volunteering role with us. 
Member - Ting Wang
Ting has a background in infrastructure design and delivery, with expertise in managing risk and solving complex challenges. She brings a thoughtful and grounded leadership style and is passionate about giving back to the community, helping people live with dignity and connection. |
Member - Parag Bhatnagar
Since 2020, Parag has served as a board member with a keen interest in the digital transformation of Communicare. Outside of the board, Parag leads Intelligent Automation at Health New Zealand. 
Member - Rhiannon Herrick Rhiannon has volunteered in a range of organisation to support her local community. With a background in developing organisational documentation, she brings extensive experience in writing proposals and grant applications. 
Member - Josh Moxham
Josh runs strength and longevity businesses built to help people live longer and feel seen. He’s passionate about solving isolation through community, coaching, and systems. He also works in marketing and automation to help businesses grow smarter. |
